1. Gather Information Prior to Reporting
2. Schedule an appointment with a CCPD Counselor

- Colleges of Sciences, Health Professions, and Pharmacy, schedule an appointment with
Brad Hammer.
The last day to add an internship for academic credit:
- Fall 2024 is September 6
- Spring 2025 is January 31
- Summer 2025 is May 23
