About Cosiano Health Center

The Cosiano Health Center is a free clinic for students and UF employees. The Health Center can provide general health assessments, numerous diagnostic tests, wound care, first aid, physicals as well as referrals to specialists in our area. An appointment is required to see the provider.

Cosiano follows the academic calendar and is open Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., while classes are in session. There will be open walk-in hours every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

The Mission of the Cosiano Health Center is to provide professional health care for the University of Findlay community with an emphasis on wellness through prevention and education. We welcome everyone, with free services offered to students, faculty and staff (and dependents of faculty and staff).

The Cosiano Health Center provides a range of services including:

• OTC (Over the Counter) Medicines 
• Pregnancy Tests 
• Throat Cultures 
• Mono Testing 
• Earwax Removal 
• Urine Checks 
• Blood Sugar Testing
• Suture Removal 
• Wound Care 
• Allergy Shots
• Referral to Specialists in Area 
• Employment or Clinical Site Physicals
• Blood draws
• Immunizations including:
  • Hepatitis B
  • Tetanus (Tdap)
  • Flu Shots
  • PPD (Tuberculosis Test)
  • **Fees associated.

*All UF athletes and equestrian students are required to have a physical prior to participating in their sport. You may download the physical form from the UF athletic web page and take it to your family physician. We do not perform UF athletic/equestrian physicals at the Cosiano Health Center.
