About Facilities Scheduling

Welcome to the Office of Facilities Scheduling and Events! We are dedicated to providing year-round services for programs/events, conferences and summer camps. Our mission is to provide services that allow students, faculty, and community groups to effectively manage classrooms and facilities that support student engagement in academics and community events.

The University offers 15 buildings with over 200 spaces that can accommodate small meetings and social gatherings to large conferences and events.  Event spaces may be rented by the UF community.  They are also available for rent by businesses, organizations, and individuals for both business and personal use. Campus Facilities

The University of Findlay has numerous facilities to accommodate almost any event. We offer classrooms, conference rooms, and large meeting rooms to meet almost every need.

Think about the University of Findlay for business meetings, conferences, luncheons, dinners, bridal showers, anniversary or wedding receptions and other events.  Athletic facilities may also be reserved for school and community sports teams and camps.

Scheduling your event at the University of Findlay is convenient, as catering services are also available, ranging from beverages to full lunch and dinner menus.

General Purpose Classrooms can accommodate a range of 20 to 48 individuals. To reserve an academic space, contact Facilities Scheduling and Events.

  • Endly Room
    • Located in the AMU is perfect for showers, parties, small lunches or meetings. Capacity: 120 theatre seating, 60-80 banquet​​.
  • Multipurpose Room
    • Located in the Alumni Memorial Union, the Multipurpose Room is perfect for wedding receptions, banquets and large meetings. Capacity: 450 theatre seating, 240-400 banquet.
  • Slough Conference Room​
    • Located in the Alumni Memorial Union, Slough Conference Room is used as a meeting room only. Capacity: conference seating for 18.
  • Terry Conference Room​​
    • Located in the Alumni Memorial Union, the Terry Conference Room is used as a meeting room only.Capacity: conference seating for 18.

Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion

  • The Lape Great Hall
    • Located in the Virginia B. Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion, the Lape Great Hall is perfect for open houses and receptions. Capacity: 100 theatre, 108 banquet.​
  • Malcolm Family Dining Room​
    • Located in the Virginia B. Gardner Fine Arts Pavilion, the Malcolm Dining Room is perfect for showers and small parties. Capacity: 66 banquet.

Henderson Dining Hall

  • ​Rosewood Room
    • Located in Henderson Dining Hall, the Rosewood Room is perfect for meetings or small luncheons.  Capacity: 36.  

Shafer Library

  • ​​Shafer 104
    • Located in Shafer Library, Shafer 104 is used as a meeting room only. Capacity: conference seating for 18.

Winebrenner 

  • ​Winebrenner 254
    • Located in the Winebrenner building, is perfect for meetings, luncheons or small meetings. Capacity: 64 banquet​.
  • The TLB Auditorium​
    • Located in the Winebrenner building, is perfect for concerts, receptions, banquets or larger meetings. Capacity: 600 lower level, 150 balcony.  Round table seating: 240.
