About Leadership Development
Through intentional programming and meaningful connections, we help students develop the skills, confidence, and support needed to succeed both on campus and beyond.
Our office hosts a variety of leadership-focused programs, including:
- T.O.O.L. Sessions
- Student Leadership Retreats
- Peer Mentor Programs, and
- Student Leadership Committee opportunities.
Each initiative is designed to foster leadership development, encourage engagement, and create a strong sense of belonging within the University community. Annual events we host throughout the each academic year include our Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration!
