Overview
About the Program
The University of Findlay Biochemistry program integrates biology and chemistry through a rigorous, hands-on curriculum that prepares students for careers in healthcare, research, and biotechnology, as well as success in graduate and professional programs. Work side-by-side attentive faculty individually or in small-group settings starting as soon as your first year on campus. Our program is designed for discovery, with the Frost Brewer Science Center serving as home to eight fully equipped labs including the Newhard Planetarium. You will learn with the best tools in the field, not just reading about science but practicing with professional-grade equipment found in real research settings. Paid research opportunities and internships may be available, and your faculty advisor will help guide you through the process.
