About Townhouses

Another popular student housing option on campus, the University Townhouses.

• Home to more than 76 residents, housing four students in each townhouse.
• Each townhouse is single sex. Both male and female students can choose to live in the townhouses.
• There are four single-occupancy rooms and three full bathrooms, as well as fully furnished family room and a kitchen area in each townhouse. 
• Townhouses are only available to upperclassmen.
