University of Findlay will host its annual Excel@Teaching Conference on Tuesday, November 17, 2026, bringing the campus community together to share ideas and celebrate teaching excellence. All members of the UF community are encouraged to attend.

Conference Schedule

• Noon: Lunch roundtable discussion in Henderson Dining Hall. Lunch costs $5.
• 1 p.m.: Keynote. Details will be announced.
• 2–4:30 p.m.: Conference sessions.
• 4:30–5:30 p.m.: Scholarship Gallery highlighting work from across campus.

Following the daytime program: The Faculty Recognition Dinner begins at 6 p.m.

Attendance Information

Faculty: Faculty teaching during the afternoon of November 17 have permission to provide students with an alternative assignment in lieu of class so they can attend the conference.

Staff: Please check with your supervisor about attending.

Students: An alternative assignment may be provided at your instructor’s discretion. Follow your instructor’s directions for any changes to your afternoon class.
