University of Findlay students can build leadership skills and connect with peers at the Recharge & Rise Fall Leadership Retreat, hosted by the Buford Center’s Leadership Development Office. The retreat takes place October 9–11, 2026, at Maumee Bay Lodge and Conference Center. Travel, lodging and meals are included at no cost to participating students.

Sessions with Marissa Cohen address difficult conversations, confidence and leadership skills. The weekend also includes team-building and self-affirmation activities, time to reflect and connect with peers, and bonfires.
