The University has the following list of vehicles:
- 1 - 28 passenger minibus
- 7 - 11 passenger vans
- 2 - cargo vans
- 2 - passenger cars
Prior to using a University vehicle:
- Please review the Transportation Policy.
- All drivers must complete a Motor Vehicle Release Form (MVR). Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for approval. The MVR is valid for one fiscal year.
- Once your MVR is approved by the insurance company, you will be contacted to schedule a Road Familiarization Course if necessary.
- Complete the Vehicle Reservation Form allowing as much advanced notice as possible to guarantee your reservation.
