Welcome to the Office of Facilities Scheduling and Events! We are dedicated to providing year-round services for programs/events, conferences and summer camps. Our mission is to provide services that allow students, faculty, and community groups to effectively manage classrooms and facilities that support student engagement in academics and community events.
The University offers 15 buildings with over 200 spaces that can accommodate small meetings and social gatherings to large conferences and events. Event spaces may be rented by the UF community. They are also available for rent by businesses, organizations, and individuals for both business and personal use. Additional information is provided through the links below.
