It houses 15 students in two-bedroom duplex-style apartments. Each unit has a fully furnished family room, a kitchen and a washer and dryer.
A resident assistant (RA) is assigned to Derrick's Square but does not live there. In addition to RAs, resident directors (RD) oversee all on-campus housing facilities. RAs and RDs are available to assist at any time and are on duty every night from 8 p.m. to midnight, in staff offices located around campus.
