    Within Criminal Justice, Todd’s primary teaching and research interests include corrections, juvenile justice, and criminology. Having matriculated in quality interdisciplinary programs, his teaching and research interests also include political science, public administration, and organizational theory and behavior.

    Complimenting his educational development, he worked for the Milwaukee County House of Correction (HOC) comprised of work release centers and minimum, medium, and maximum security facilities. While employed with the House of Correction, he supervised inmates, served on Inmate Grievance Committees, implemented and administered cutting edge educational/vocational training programs funded by the U.S. Department of Education, managed work release populations, and provided GED and adult basic education to eligible offenders.
