Our Spring Transfer Match Program
Thinking about making a change for spring?
With the University of Findlay Spring Transfer Match, your tuition cost doesn’t have to stand in the way.
If you are enrolled at another college or university during Fall 2026 and transfer to the University of Findlay for Spring 2027, we’ll match what you would have paid out of pocket for tuition at your current institution for the spring semester.
The Spring Transfer Match is available exclusively to eligible students transferring into a University of Findlay undergraduate program for Spring 2027, and the price match applies only to the Spring 2027 semester.
Apply for Spring 2027
The Spring Transfer Match is available only to eligible undergraduate transfer students enrolled at another college or university during Fall 2026 who enroll at the University of Findlay for Spring 2027. The match applies to tuition for the Spring 2027 semester only and does not extend to future semesters. Additional eligibility requirements and restrictions may apply.
**Athletic aid received at a student’s previous institution will not be included or matched as part of the Transfer Match Program.

How it Works
To qualify, students must:
- Be enrolled at another college or university during Fall 2026 at the undergraduate level
- Apply and be admitted to a University of Findlay undergraduate program as a Spring 2027 transfer student at the undergraduate level
- Submit the FAFSA
- Provide a current financial aid package from their Fall 2026 institution
- Provide a current billing statement showing tuition charges and applicable financial aid
We’ll review your information to determine what you would have paid out of pocket for tuition at your current institution. If your Spring 2027 tuition cost at Findlay would be higher, we may provide an additional Findlay First – Transfer Match award to bring your Spring 2027 tuition cost in line with what you would have paid at your current institution.

Next Steps
- Apply to the University of Findlay and be admitted as a Spring 2027 transfer student,
- Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)
- Send your current institution’s financial aid package and Fall 2026 billing statement to the Office of Financial Aid.
- Review your Aid Package with the “Spring Transfer Match”
- Deposit/Commit to UF!
Note: The match would be for Spring 2027 only.
