Postal Services
Postal Services is the central receiving and distribution center of mail services on campus that assists the University of Findlay faculty, staff, and students. Our goal is to provide the services needed in all of their mailing needs.

Hours of Operation
School Session
Monday – Friday – 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. a student is available to hand out packages.
No other services are available from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
Summer Session
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Other Important Times
To ensure on-time delivery of any outgoing packages and letters; please bring them to the Postal services by the following times:
- 3:00 PM UPS and FedEx cut off time
- 3:30 PM USPS cut off time.
All packages and mail should arrive by 11:30 AM on weekdays.

First-Class letters, magazines, and home newspapers are delivered to the student’s mailbox on the day they arrive. If the student receives a package, we will e-mail the student upon arrival. If you are sending money or other valuables, it is best to send them in a way the student will have to sign for the items. We suggest UPS and FedEx.
