University of Findlay’s Business Management program prepares students to become confident, effective leaders in today’s fast-paced and competitive business environment. Designed to build a strong foundation in business principles, the program emphasizes leadership development, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive performance at all levels of an organization. 

Students earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a Management Emphasis, gaining hands-on experience through case studies, research projects, team-based learning, and real-world business scenarios. The curriculum also incorporates leadership and emotional intelligence assessments, helping students better understand their strengths and develop their management style. With a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and initiative, graduates are equipped to lead teams, manage operations, and adapt to evolving business challenges. The program also offers a seamless pathway to the University of Findlay’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) for those looking to continue their education.

The Oiler 10 student-run, faculty-mentored marketing and consulting agency, in which students gain authentic hands-on experience by providing support and solutions to real businesses and organizations. The group also has opportunities to travel and learn from agencies and businesses around the country.   

Delta Mu Delta is the exclusive business honor society recognized by the ACBSP that encourages academic excellence of students at qualifying colleges and universities to create a DMD community that fosters the well-being of its individual members and the business community through life-time membership. 

The University of Findlay College of Business and Humanities Dana Chair/Scholar Program provides business students the opportunity to connect higher education with the real world of business. Dana Scholars are chosen each semester by the College of Business and Humanities faculty and are recognizes as outstanding students for their academic and leadership skills. Dana Scholars network with and learn from an area business professional who serves as the Dana Chair for the academic year.

The University of Findlay Organization for the Empowerment of Business Oriented Women seeks to empower business-oriented females by promoting networking, education, and opportunities between any interested students and outstanding industry professionals.
