Accelerated pathway: For students with an associate degree in occupational therapy or physical therapy who want to earn both the Organizational Leadership B.S. and the Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT). After completing the bachelor’s degree, students continue directly into the remaining MOT coursework.

Organizational Leadership students may participate in the Pulse Media opportunities including writing for The Pulse newspaper, having radio shows on WLFC, creating podcasts, and appearing on UFTV.
Students in the comm strand would be eligible for Lambda Pi Eta.
