About UF Apartments
Each apartment includes a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and stove, giving you the flexibility to cook your own meals and settle into a routine that fits your lifestyle. Bring your favorite utensils, cookware, and dishes to make the space your own! Students in these units are responsible for maintaining their apartments and bringing their own cleaning supplies. Laundry units are supplied in each of these apartments, making life a whole lot easier! Want to know what to pack and how to prepare? Check out our FAQ for everything you need!
A Resident Assistant (RA) is assigned to each apartment but does not live in the apartment they oversee. In addition to RAs, Resident Directors (RD) oversee all on-campus housing facilities. Staff members are available to assist students in three Residence Life Staff Offices within Bare, Lovett, and UF Village residences halls. Their hours of operation are 8 p.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday and 8 p.m. to 2 a.m. Friday through Saturday every day of the academic year.

UF Cottages
The UF Cottages are a perfect fit for returning upperclassmen who value their own space and independent living. These apartments offer either one single-occupancy room or two single-occupancy rooms per unit.
UF Townhouses
The UF Townhouses are a wonderful option for returning upperclassmen who enjoy living together with friends. The townhouses offer four single-occupancy rooms per unit.
