As a Café Server, you'll help create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests in the Marathon Café. Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting guests and making them feel welcome
* Taking food and drink orders
* Serving meals and beverages
* Checking in with guests to make sure they have a great experience
* Assisting with tables and seating for larger groups
* Helping address guest questions or concerns
* Working with your teammates to keep the café running smoothly
* Creating positive interactions with the people we serve
* Cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and assisting with other café needs as assigned

You don't need years of restaurant experience to be a great fit! We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, dependable, and comfortable talking with people
* Positive and willing to learn
* Able to communicate clearly and professionally
* Organized and able to pay attention to details
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment when needed
* Able to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
* Reliable and able to arrive for scheduled shifts on time
* Able to carry a tray with food and drinks
* Able to move or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds when needed
* Willing to obtain and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification
