Position Description
This position is for our Maternity Barn at the Ohio Heifer Center. This barn is responsible to all expecting cows and newborn calves.
Responsibilities would include:
– Following maternity protocols for calving, feeding, cleaning, etc
– Identify when a cow is calving and assist if needed
– Milk fresh cows for colostrum
– Assist in day-to-day duties
This position is ideal for an individual looking for full-time employment and is for our third shift 5pm-5am
Required Qualifications
Cattle experience is preferred but not required.

Pay is based on experience $15-16.50/hr with overtime offered over 40hrs per week and 15% shift differential added from the hours of 7pm-5am
