A. Availability of Institutional and Financial Aid Information 
  1. Notice of Availability of Institutional and Financial Aid Information

    Each institution must annually distribute to all enrolled students a notice of the availability of the information that is required to be made available to students under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA) see subject #5 for FERPA disclosure requirements), and under HEA Sec. 485(a)(1), Sec. 485(f), Sec. 485(g), [Sec. 485(h)] and Sec. 485(j).

    The following information is disclosed to you as a student at The University of Findlay in compliance with federal law. For additional information, including requesting a paper copy of any of the materials, please refer to 'Contact Information for Assistance in Obtaining Institutional or Financial Aid Information'.
