Degrees

A listing of the majors, associate degrees, bachelor’s degrees, and undergraduate certificates offered at the University of Findlay can be found in the Undergraduate catalog, as well as a listing of available minors. Students interested in changing majors/minors may add, remove, or change programs in Workday from their student profile. In addition to major requirements, students must also complete general education classes to fulfill the requirements for a bachelor’s degree or associate’s degree. Additional academic information about undergraduate programs at the University of Findlay can be found here.

Transfer of Credits/Transfer Agreements

The information below shows The University of Findlay’s current transfer of credit policies as posted in the current Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs.  The current list of approved transfer agreements between The University of Findlay and other institutions is also shown.  These policies and agreements must be viewed using Adobe, as they are PDF files.

Retention Rates

The information contained in the following report shows the Retention Rate for a particular term’s cohort and is current as of the most recently completed academic year.  It is broken down to reflect both full-time and part-time Bachelor’s degree-seeking students. Reports from previous years follow the most recently reported data, and this must be viewed using Adobe, as it is a PDF file.

Completion/Graduation Rates and Transfer Out Rates

The information contained in the following reports shows the Completion/Graduation Rates and Transfer-Out Rates for a particular cohort year as of the most recently completed academic year.  

The information is reported by ethnicity for those within each ethnic breakdown who are Bachelor’s or equivalent seeking or have completed a Bachelor’s or equivalent within 150%.  A final percentage reporting the six-year graduation rate for a particular cohort year is also included.  Reports from previous years follow the most recently reported data, and it must be viewed using Adobe, as it is a PDF file.

The information below includes the 6-year Completion / Graduation and Transfer Out Rates for each particular entering cohort of student-athletes at University of Findlay. The information is reported by race / ethnicity for all bachelor’s level or equivalent degree-seeking students who completed a degree in 6 years, or 150%. All PDF reports must be viewed using Adobe.

Frequently Asked Questions

Students may be able to download their unofficial transcripts in Workday. Official transcripts must be requested online.

Students can track how far along they are in completing their degree requirements by checking their Academic Progress in Workday.

Our transient approval procedures can provide you answers on courses taken at another institution which may transfer to The University of Findlay. 

Please refer to the Advanced Credit procedures to determine the appropriate steps to receive credit.

If you happen to misplace your diploma, please complete the Diploma Replacement Request form to obtain an additional copy.

Note that the Office of the Registrar will need this form completed for a replacement copy of your diploma.  The original diploma will automatically be sent to your permanent address after the confirmation of your degree date and all financial obligations to the University have been met.
