Two-Step Application Program

Transfer students interested in our health professions or pharmacy programs should follow the application requirements for their intended program, including the graduate-entry options noted below. A separate application is necessary for full acceptance to an individual Health Profession Program. Admission criteria, deadlines and application processes differ by program.

*Qualified students (bachelor degree holders with completed program prerequisites) may apply directly to the graduate level of the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy programs through the Graduate Admissions Office.
