Online Screenings
A checkup from your neck-up!

Mental health is a key part of your overall well-being. Brief screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should connect with a mental health specialist. The University of Findlay Counseling Services joins Hancock County Alcohol Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board (ADAMHS) to provide easy access to anonymous online mental health screenings for concerns related to depression, bipolar illness, disordered eating, anxiety, trauma and substance use.

This system provides a quick and simple way to self-screen with complete anonymity and confidentiality. This is often helpful for individuals to determine if counseling is an appropriate next step. This serves as a screening only and does not indicate a mental health diagnosis. Immediately following the brief questionnaire you will see your results, recommendations, and key resources. UF Counseling Services can review your results with you. If you'd like to schedule an appointment please complete this form.
