About the Department

The Department of Behavioral and Justice Sciences at the University of Findlay prepares students to better understand people, communities, and the systems that shape society. Through a combination of foundational knowledge, specialized coursework, hands-on experiences, and opportunities to apply classroom concepts to real-world situations, students develop the critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills needed to make a meaningful impact in their communities and careers.

Students explore human behavior, social systems, and the principles of justice while developing expertise in areas that align with their individual interests and career goals.
