Welcome to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

We're excited that you're considering the University of Findlay's Nursing Program!

Each year, we accept up to 30 students into our traditional BSN track, which begins sophomore year and takes five semesters to complete. Graduates are fully prepared to take the NCLEX‑RN in the state where they plan to practice.

Our program combines classroom learning, online coursework, hands‑on lab practice, and diverse clinical rotations in hospitals, long‑term care, rehabilitation, and community settings. You'll also build confidence and skills in our nursing simulation lab. Throughout the program, our dedicated faculty will teach, mentor, and support you.

Nursing is one of the most trusted professions and offers a wide range of career paths. With a BSN, you'll be ready for roles in clinical care, leadership, education, public health, or future graduate studies such as nurse practitioner, nurse anesthetist, nurse midwife, clinical nurse specialist, or nurse educator.

On behalf of our nursing faculty, I invite you to explore what our program can offer you. We would love to support you as you take the next step toward a meaningful career in nursing.
