The advisory committee for the sonography programs consists of representatives from program clinical education centers, the sonography community at-large, a medical director, a public member, and a student representative. The committee is charged with the responsibility of assisting the programs in formulating and revising appropriate goals and learning domains, monitoring needs and expectations and ensuring program responsiveness to change. The committee meets annually and is also provided regular program updates.
